I get an eerie feeling looking at this picture. The wind, the grey overcast, the green grass. It all plays into effect of the picture. Nice detail, and nice image.
the flash of the camera does seem to wash out the ground, Possible to maybe try with and without the flash? give it a shot and see how it would affect your image the next time.
